| | | | | | | | | Background: | Seminole County is in the process of developing it's closed captioning services. The solution includes a hardware and software component, which will improve closed captioning services on it's public broadcasts. Ongoing warranty costs are anticipated to be $7K per year. The attached BAR will transfer $59,233 from the Information Services Department's operating budget into a Capital Project budget in the Technology Replacement Fund (a sub-fund of the General Fund). This BAR will have no effect on reserves.
