| | | | | | | | | Background: | The traffic signal pole easement located at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 17-92 and 27th Street is for the purpose of constructing, installing, maintaining and repairing a traffic signal pole, including underground foundation, together with appurtenant aerial wiring and cable or mast arms for the purpose of supporting and suspending traffic control devises and appropriate traffic information and direction signs, signals and devices above the adjacent public highway, including the right to enter, at any time that the County may see fit.
The settlement was reached at $11,000.00 inclusive of all expert and attorney fees and costs and is being submitted as the best obtainable settlement without pursuing eminent domain proceedings and incurring all the costs associated with such proceedings. |
