| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Reserve at Alaqua Subdivision contains forty-four (44) lots on 50.01 acres zoned PD (Planned Development); located on the south side of Alaqua Drive, approximately 1.5 miles west of Markham Woods Road.
Maintenance Bond (Private Road) #0629310 in the amount of $97,184.40 was required in accordance with the Land Development Code of Seminole County Section 35.44(e)(1). The required improvements have been satisfactorily completed and the two (2) year maintenance inspections by Development Review Engineering are complete. The bond is eligible for release. |
