Presentation - The Seminole County Library Services Division received the 2019 Betty Davis Miller prestigious state-wide award for an innovative program that improves the quality of life for library customers and county residents, specifically in recognition of youth programming.

The Florida Library Association (FLA) presented Seminole County Public Libraries with the 2019 Betty Davis Miller Award Youth Services Award for Outstanding Programs of Direct Service to Youth. The prestigious state-wide award was presented at the Florida Library Association Conference in May, 2019. The Library’s Sensory Lab - for families of children with special needs - was chosen as the winning library program for children, ages 12 and under. Seminole County Libraries is honored to be recognized by our professional peers out of the 123 public library systems in the state.
