Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Satisfactions of Lien for the Sylvan Lake Aquatic Weed Control MSBU [Ordinance 2019-16] Phase I non-ad valorem capital assessments that have been paid in full. District 5 - Carey (Kathy Moore, MSBU Program Manager)

The Sylvan Lake Aquatic Weed Control MSBU was created by Ordinance 2019-16 to provide funding for a large scale treatment of hydrilla[Phase I] and ongoing aquatic weed control services [Phase II] via non-ad valorem assessment. The capital assessment matrix per benefit unit for this MSBU was confirmed by Resolution 2020-R-17.  Satisfaction of Lien confirmation is requested for the parcels (listed in the attached Exhibit A) for which payment in full of the respective capital assessment was received. The associated Satisfaction of Lien documentation is provided in Exhibit B.
