RFP-603691-19/TLR will provide for all labor, materials, equipment coordination, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide various types and sizes of hot and cold vending products for vending machine services throughout Seminole County.
This project was publicly advertised and the County received three (3) proposals in response to the solicitation. The Evaluation Committee which consisted of Sandra Aganovic, Contracts and Leasing Coordinator; Timothy Marcopulos, Program Manager II; and Carlo Scorpio, Project Manager II, evaluated the proposals. Consideration was given to qualifications and experience, technical plan and revenue. The Evaluation Committee recommends award to the most advantageous vendor, Compass Group USA, Charlotte, NC.
This agreement will take effect on the date of execution and shall run for a period of one (1) year, and at the option of the parties, may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The County will receive 21% of gross receipts on all products.
