| | | | | | | | | Background: | On February 25, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved RFP-603569-19/BJC to enter into a contract with by GovRates, Inc. in partnership with Tindale-Oliver and Associates, Inc., who will provide analyses and documentation to develop and support a comprehensive Nexus Study and Impact Fee program for Library System Impact Fees, Fire and Rescue System Impact Fees, and an ERC Fee Review Study for Water and Wastewater System Connection Fees. In order to fully execute the agreement with GovRates, Inc., a Budget Adjustment Request (BAR) is necessary.
This budget amendment will appropriate $25,505 from the General Fund reserves, which are $43,872,202 prior to this BAR, $25,505 from the Fire Protection Fund reserves, which are $19,013,717 prior to this BAR, and reallocate $22,490 from the Water and Sewer Fund operating budget for a comprehensive Nexus Study and Impact Fee program for Library System Impact Fees, Fire and Rescue System Impact Fees, and an Equivalent Residential Connection Fee Review Study for Water and Wastewater System Connection Fees.
