| | | | | | | | Background: | The Adult Drug Court (ADC) and Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) Discretionary Grant Program provides financial and technical assistance to local governments for use in our local Problem Solving Courts. The funding would allow for support of residential treatment services, additional drug testing, and transportation needs for our Problem Solving Courts clients.
The grant requires a 25% cash or in-kind match and this would be satisfied through the personnel support from the 18th Circuit court including Problem Solving Courts Manager, State Attorney, and Judge. |
