Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Encroachment Agreement between Duke Energy and Seminole County for limited use of a collective Easement. District 5 - Carey (Mario Chavez, Utilities Engineering Division Manager)

Seminole County Environmental Services will need to utilize a portion of land encumbered by an easement in favor of Duke Energy for limited purposes of constructing, operating and maintaining a proposed underground wastewater transmission sewer main and related improvements, including existing underground pipeline(s) and drainage facilities, as located and depicted on the construction plans dated February 2020, which were approved by Duke Energy on March 12, 2020 and are incorporated as Exhibit “A” and Specific Requirements as Exhibit “B” to the attached “Agreement”.

Staff recommends the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Encroachment Agreement between Duke Energy and Seminole County Environmental Services.
