| | | | | | | | | Background: | A drainage issue along Virginia Avenue (a County maintained roadway) south of East Hillcrest Street, directly impacting the residents within Crane's Roost Villas, has prompted these residents to request relief from Seminole County. The required drainage improvements will require property not currently owned by Seminole County. Stacey B. Fiorella and Sylvia N. Fiorella have indicated their willingness to donate the needed property to Seminole County as evidenced by the executed Quitclaim Deed attached.
