| | | | | | | | | Background: | Seminole County is in the process of relocating Fire Station 11, in the City of Altamonte Springs adjacent to the Altamonte SunRail Station. The County obtained ownership of the property located at 2721 South Ronald Reagan Boulevard on August 19, 2019. Since that time the development process has continued and the Fire Station is currently under construction. In order for construction to continueand the obtain the necessary electrical services, Duke Energy Florida, LLC requires an easement to install and maintain electrical facilities on County property. |
