| | | | | | | | | Background: | Preserve at Hawk’s Crest subdivision contains seventy-seven (77) lots on 55.61 acres zoned PD (San Pedro/Lake Howell Reserve Planned Development) and is located on the north side of Howell Branch Road.
Performance Bond #SU1149243 for roads and sewer systems, in the amount of $1,386,171.35, issued by Arch Insurance Company, was required in accordance with the Land Development Code of Seminole County Section 35.44 in order to ensure the completion of required improvements.
The subdivision improvements have been completed and the Applicant has posted a two (2) year maintenance bond to guarantee the subdivision improvements in accordance with the Land Development Code Section 35.92 (g).
