| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Rolling Hills Environmental Remediation Municipal Services Benefit Unit [MSBU] was created by Ordinance 2018-16 to provide funding for environmental remediation required by the State of Florida for land acquired by the County for use as a public park. The capital assessment for this MSBU was confirmed by Resolution 2020-R-68 in the amount of $1,067.50 per benefit unit. Satisfaction of Lien confirmation is requested for the following parcel(s) for which payment in full of the respective capital assessment was received:
