Background:

Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement actions were undertaken by the County to address an imminently hazardous nuisance consisting of an unfenced pool associated with a foreclosed home at 387 Menashe Ct. Longwood, FL 32779, Tax Parcel #08-21-29-520-0000-0070. The Certificate of Cost Abatement lien was filed on March 16, 2020, Official Record Book 9557, Pages 1688-1691 in the amount of $1,415.93 with additional recording fees of $35.50, for a total of $1451.43.  AMG Brooks, LLC has satisfied the lien.

Staff Recommendation:

Authorize the Chairman to execute a Satisfaction of Lien in the amount of $1,451.43 associated with the property located at 387 Menashe Ct. Longwood, FL 32779 and filed against Danny J. West.
