The goal for the Teen Outreach Program (TOP) is to promote health and development of teens in Seminole County by providing relevant, culturally and age appropriate youth-focused education, and hands-on community service-learning experiences that prevent youth from engaging in risky sexual and other behaviors.
To accomplish this, a trained youth facilitator will deliver youth sessions using the Teen Outreach Program curriculum, an evidence based positive youth development program that encourages healthy behaviors, life skills and a sense of purpose, and by delivering positive youth development workshops to teens in Seminole County.
TOP will submit quarterly reports to inform the progress in TOP clubs and number of youth served with their accomplishments and other achievements made in the program.
