| | | | | | | | | Background: | In accordance with the Seminole County Land Development Code Section 40.56, Maintenance Bond #1158163 for streets, curbs and storm drains, in the amount of $7,518.00 was required for a Right-of-Way utilization permit. The aforementioned Right-of-Way utilization permit was issued for improvements made to Lake Mary Boulevard for the development of the Kinder Care building located in the City of Lake Mary.
The required improvements have been completed and the two (2) year maintenance inspections by Development Review Engineering have been completed. The bond is eligible for release. |
