| | | | | | | | | Background: | Spring Tree Village Apartments Phase Two is located on the north side of Red Bug Lake Road, approximately 2,900 feet west of Jerico Drive.
Maintenance Bond (Right-of-Way Utilization) #OFL5420130 in the amount of $2,046.50 was required in accordance with the Land Development Code of Seminole County Section 35.44(e)(1). The required improvements have been satisfactorily completed and the two (2) year maintenance inspections by Development Review Engineering are complete. The bond is eligible for release. |
