RFP-604217-21 will provide for the development of a Tourism Master Plan to build capacity and visitor retention to support economic development through Orlando North, Seminole County. The plan will guide Seminole County Tourism as it grows current tourism base and assist with Seminole County's mission to increase awareness of Seminole County as a premiere tourist destination.
This project was publicly advertised, and the County received three (3) proposals in response to the solicitation listed alphabetically:

The Evaluation Committee consisting of Karen Aplin, Program Manager II; Guilherme "Gui" Cunha, Administrator of Economic Development and Tourism; and Danny Trosset, Sports Tourism Manager, evaluated the proposals. Consideration was given to experience, qualification of personnel, project approach, and price reasonableness. The Evaluation Committee recommends award of the project to the top ranked Proposer, Downs and St. Germain Research, Inc. Tallahassee, in the amount of $140,000.00.
Authorization for performance under this Agreement will be in the form of a written Purchase Order(s) issued and executed by the County. This Agreement will take effect on the date of its execution and continues until final completion of the Project.
