Authorize release of Maintenance Bond #41415462 for streets, curbs and drainage, in the amount of $12,246.75 for Lot 4 A E Griffins Subdivision (GLE Office Building); (Zack Investments-Longwood LLC, Applicant) District4 - Lockhart (Dagmarie Segarra, Project Manager)

In accordance with Seminole County Land Development Code Section 40.56, Maintenance Bond #41415462 for streets, curbs and drainage, in the amount of $12,246.75, issued by Platte River Insurance Company, was required for a Right-of-Way utilization permit. The aforementioned Right-of-Way utilization permit was issued for improvements made to South Reagan Boulevard, for the development of the GLE Office Building.

The required improvements have been satisfactorily completed and the two (2) year maintenance inspections by Development Review Engineering have been completed. The bond is eligible for release.

Recommend the Board of County Commissioners authorize release of Maintenance Bond #41415462 for streets, curbs and drainage, in the amount of $12,246.75 for Lot 4 A E Griffins Subdivision (GLE Office Building).
