Background:

Under the authority of Seminole County Code 95.15, abatement action was undertaken by the County to address an imminently hazardous nuisance consisting of an unfenced pool associated with a foreclosed home at 734 Cherokee Cir. Sanford, FL 32773, Tax Parcel #14-20-30-501-0R00-0020. The Certificate of Cost Abatement lien was filed on June 15, 2020, Official Record Book 9625, Pages 136-139, in the amount of $805.35, with an additional recording fee of $35.50, for a total of $840.85.

 

Thomas Evans, Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael S. Rosen, has satisfied the lien.

Staff Recommendation:
Recommend the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to execute a Satisfaction of Lien in the amount of $840.85 associated with the property located at 734 Cherokee Cir., Sanford, FL 32773; filed against Michael Rosen, Heir (Respondent).
