The Certificate of Cost Abatement lien was filed on June 15, 2020, Official Record Book 9625, Pages 136-139, in the amount of $805.35, with an additional recording fee of $35.50, for a total of $840.85.
Thomas Evans, Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael S. Rosen, has satisfied the lien. |
