Authorize release of Performance Bond #2280615 for roads, streets, and drainage, in the amount of $74,655.63 for Smart Office; (Chris Butera, Applicant) District4 - Lockhart (Angi Kealhofer, Project Manager)

In accordance with the Seminole County Land Development Code Section 40.56, Performance Bond #2280615 for sidewalks, paving, drainage and curbs, in the amount of $74,655.63, issued by North American Specialty Insurance Company, was required for a Right-of-Way utilization permit. The aforementioned Right-of-Way utilization permit was issued for improvements made to S. Country Club Road for the development of Smart Office located in the City of Lake Mary.

The improvements have been completed and the Applicant has posted a two (2) year maintenance bond to guarantee the improvements in accordance with Land Development Code Section 40.56(a)(1).

Recommend the Board of County Commissioners authorize release of Performance Bond #2280615 for roads, streets, and drainage, in the amount of $74,655.63 for Smart Office.
