Authorize release of Maintenance Bond (Private Road) #SU1153560 in the amount of $105,008.05, and Maintenance Bond (Public Road Utilization) #SU1153562 in the amount of $12,852.11 for the Whitetail Run subdivision; (Taylor Morrison of Florida, Inc., Applicant) District1 – Dallari (Joy Giles, Project Manager)

Whitetail Run subdivision contains thirty-one (31) lots on 21.61 acres, zoned PD (Planned Development); located on the east side of Old Lockwood Road, approximately 300 feet north of Brickell Place.

Maintenance Bond (Private Road) #SU1153560 in the amount of $105,008.05, and Maintenance Bond (Public Road Utilization) #SU1153562 in the amount of $12,852.11 was required in accordance with the Land Development Code of Seminole County Section 35.44(e)(1).  The required improvements have been satisfactorily completed and the two (2) year maintenance inspections by Development Review Engineering are complete. The bonds are eligible for release.

Recommend the Board of County Commissioners authorize the release of Maintenance Bond (Private Road) #SU1153560 in the amount of $105,008.05, and Maintenance Bond (Public Road Utilization) #SU1153562 in the amount of $12,852.11 for Whitetail Run subdivision.
