Background:

RFP-604245-21/TLR will provide an experienced executive search firm to assist in all aspects of a national search and recruitment process for a qualified individual for the County's next County Manager. This firm will propose a plan, and coordinate all aspects of a national search.

This project was publicly advertised and the County received two (2) responsive, responsible proposals in response to the solicitation, listed alphabetically:

Staff Recommendation:

Staff is requesting the Board to select a firm and award RFP-604245-21/TLR - Recruitment Services for County Manager Search and authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Division to execute an agreement with the selected firm.
