Pursuant to Florida law, the public has a right to be heard on all propositions, except when the Board of County Commissioners is acting on ministerial or emergency matters, or conducting a meeting exempt from Section 286.011, Florida Statutes. Public comment time on propositions shall be three (3) minutes for individuals and six (6) minutes for group representatives. The right to be heard during quasi-judicial hearings is governed by Florida law. The public will be provided the opportunity to be heard on non-agenda matters at the end of the meeting. Proper decorum will be observed.

6.Seminole County and the Central Florida Zoological Society, Inc. Funding Agreement

Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute an agreement with the Central Florida Zoological Society, Inc., in the amount of $300,000 for the FY2021/22 funding allocation for marketing, advertising, maintenance, enhancements, repairs, and improvements. 7.Seminole County and Sanford Main Street Tourism Agreement

Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute The Health Council of East Central Florida Medical System of Care Agreement in the amount of $132,000 which provides outpatient medical health treatment services to uninsured and underinsured residents of Seminole County for either free or at a reduced cost basis. 14.Aspire Health Partners Transportation Agreement FY2021-2022

15.Homeless Partnership Agreement - IFY2021-2022

Approve the Homeless Partnership Agreement Fiscal Year 2021-2022 - Impact Homelessness Fund in the amount of $143,755 for continued support of the chronically homeless population and authorize the Chairman to execute agreements with the subrecipient agencies as needed. 16.Embrace Families Rapid Re-housing SHIP Program

17.Hair in Motion CSBD-CV Funding Agreement FY2021-22

18.Homeless Services Network of Central Florida Funding Agreement FY2021-2022
